We will supply and install your Rough Mill Management System software; the software package that allows single point entry of cutting bills and monitors from the central computer all machines in the line. RMMS receives production numbers from the computer on each machine in the system. RMMS uses this information to balance the flow of material so that production is completed with no over runs and no shortages.

With this capability and the selection of the proper rip saw for your product, glue up for the purpose of maintaining good yields and the requirement to re-rip this glue up into useful parts is almost completely eliminated.
